By accessing this website you agree to have read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions. We agree that we will also read and follow all instructions contained in the eco hut relating to use of hut, site, rubbish disposal, cleaning and use of facilities and area surrounding the Eco Hut.

 Terms and Conditions are also acknowledged when booking via airbnb and Riparide booking services.

 We reserve the right to make amendments to these conditions at any time, and it your responsibility to be aware of our terms and conditions and abide by them at all times.

 The Eco Hut is located in a rural riverside setting.  As a guest you acknowledge that it is your responsibility for your own safety in and around your accommodation. You acknowledge that you are aware of the risks in a remote rural environment and the guest agrees to take appropriate safety measures at all times- wildlife or animals in the area, use of campfires and any activity relating to the river and surrounding area, which is undertaken at guests own risk and with restrictions placed by the landholder.

 We agree to indemnify and hold Barrington Eco Hut, the landowner harmless from all claims, actions, damages, cost and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your stay in our accommodation. This includes damages (including vehicles), insurance, loss to fire, loss due to misadventure, theft, injury and death, whether they are inflicted or experienced in our accommodation or on the surrounding property.

 You provide us with your guarantee that you will indemnity and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with any person you invited along with you to our accommodation or cabin. By accepting these terms and conditions you and your guest acknowledge that you will absolve the landowner from any liability associated with the aforementioned damage or injuries.
